Returns and refunds

This policy applies to orders placed on nice.uk.com by consumers in the United Kingdom. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. Tell us by emailing nicemicro26@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item.

We refund the price you paid for the goods, plus standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof that you have returned them. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

Business and trade orders

Orders placed on a trade or wholesale account are covered by our trade terms. Please contact us before returning any trade order.
