Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on nice.uk.com, operated by Nice London Limited ("we", "us"), Unit 2ab, Triumph Industrial Estate, London, N17 0EB, United Kingdom.

1. Orders

When you place an order we send an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly; if so, we refund any payment in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices on the website are in pounds sterling. Retail prices include VAT. Trade prices shown to logged-in business customers exclude VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Cancellations and returns

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery. See our returns and refunds policy for details.

5. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
